Bibi Graetz,
Colore
Colore is Bibi Graetz's flagship wine, built around old-vine Sangiovese and severe selection. Its small production, distinctive Tuscan identity and international critical recognition place it at the collectible end of the producer's range, alongside Testamatta.

SIGNATURE VINTAGES
2000 Inaugural vintage and the starting point of the Colore story.
2015 A major modern-quality benchmark that helped reinforce the wine’s international reputation.
2019 Combines the ripe Tuscan vintage with a more refined modern style and very strong critical reception.
2021 One of the strongest recent releases, showing the precision and old-vine Sangiovese character now associated with the flagship.
The Investment Case
Colore's value is primarily supported by scarcity and its position at the very top of the Bibi Graetz portfolio. Production is much tighter than Testamatta, while the use of old-vine Sangiovese and severe selection gives the wine a clear flagship identity. As Bibi Graetz has become more internationally recognised, collectors wanting the producer's most important wine naturally concentrate on Colore, allowing the strongest vintages to become progressively harder to source.
